AdsRabbit is an online classifieds platform operating in Pakistan that enables individuals and businesses to advertise, discover, and connect with others regarding permitted goods, property, vehicles, jobs, services, electronics, mobile phones, and other listed categories.

The Platform provides tools that allow users to create and manage advertisements, browse listings, communicate with other users, and explore opportunities to buy, sell, rent, hire, or otherwise transact independently.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, AdsRabbit is not the buyer, seller, owner, manufacturer, dealer, employer, employee, landlord, tenant, broker, agent, or other party to any transaction, agreement, or arrangement between users.

AdsRabbit primarily provides the technology and digital infrastructure that enables users to publish listings, discover opportunities, and communicate with one another. Users remain responsible for evaluating listings, verifying relevant information, and making their own decisions before entering into any transaction or agreement.

You may access and use AdsRabbit only if you are legally permitted to do so and are capable of entering into any relevant transaction, agreement, or arrangement under applicable law.

Users who are not legally capable of entering into binding agreements independently may use the Platform only with the appropriate involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by law.

By creating an account or using AdsRabbit, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that your access to and use of the Platform complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Certain features of AdsRabbit may require you to create and maintain a registered account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Keep your account and contact information reasonably current
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your password
• Keep OTPs, verification codes, and other security credentials confidential
• Not share your account or knowingly allow unauthorised persons to access it
• Promptly notify AdsRabbit if you suspect unauthorised access, fraud, or misuse of your account

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account and for taking reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, except where responsibility cannot legally be assigned to you under applicable law.

AdsRabbit may restrict access to certain features, suspend, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the account has been compromised or misused, or its activity presents a security, fraud, safety, regulatory, or legal risk.

We may also require additional verification or security measures where reasonably necessary to protect users, accounts, or the Platform.

Users may create and publish advertisements for permitted products, services, property, vehicles, employment opportunities, and other categories supported by AdsRabbit.

Users who create or publish advertisements are responsible for ensuring that their listings are:

• Accurate, genuine, and reasonably complete
• Lawful and compliant with applicable regulations
• Current and kept reasonably up to date
• Published in the appropriate category
• Not false, deceptive, or misleading
• Not fraudulent, suspicious, or intended to deceive other users
• Not infringing any intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights

The advertiser must have the legal right, ownership, permission, or appropriate authority necessary to advertise the relevant item, property, vehicle, service, job, business opportunity, or other subject of the listing.

AdsRabbit may review, reject, restrict, edit where appropriate, or remove advertisements that violate these Terms, applicable law, our policies, or category requirements, or that we reasonably believe may present a fraud, safety, security, or legal risk.

AdsRabbit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, quality, safety, legality, or availability of user-generated advertisements.

Users should independently verify information before making a payment, signing an agreement, visiting a property, purchasing a vehicle, accepting employment, or completing another transaction.

Users must not advertise, offer, request, sell, purchase, promote, distribute, facilitate, or otherwise use AdsRabbit in connection with any product, service, activity, or content that is prohibited by applicable law, these Terms, or AdsRabbit policies.

Prohibited listings, content, and activities may include, without limitation:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Stolen, unlawfully obtained, or misappropriated property
• Counterfeit, replica, or otherwise infringing goods
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related items prohibited or restricted by law
• Fraudulent financial, investment, lending, or money-making schemes
• Fake, forged, altered, or unlawfully obtained documents or identification
• Human trafficking, exploitation, forced labour, or related activities
• Sexual services or sexually exploitative content prohibited by law
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation material and any content that exploits or endangers minors
• Obscene, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content
• Illegal gambling, betting, or related services
• Pirated, unlawfully copied, or unauthorised digital or physical material
• Goods or services that infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights
• Endangered wildlife, protected species, or prohibited wildlife products
• Pyramid, Ponzi, fraudulent investment, or other prohibited schemes
• Listings, communications, or activities intended to defraud, mislead, impersonate, manipulate, or deceive users
• Any product, service, advertisement, transaction, or activity prohibited or restricted under applicable Pakistani law

AdsRabbit may establish additional restrictions, requirements, or prohibited-item rules for particular categories. We may reject, restrict, suspend, or remove listings or content that violate these requirements or that we reasonably believe present legal, fraud, security, safety, or platform-integrity risks.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings and activities comply with applicable laws and any category-specific requirements before using the Platform.

AdsRabbit does not permit fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity on the Platform. Users must not:

• Impersonate another person, business, organisation, or representative
• Create or use fake, misleading, or deceptive identities or accounts
• Publish fake, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading advertisements
• Misrepresent ownership, authority, condition, authenticity, availability, or other material information
• Manipulate or misrepresent prices, fees, discounts, or offers to deceive users
• Fraudulently request advance payments, deposits, transfers, or other payments
• Send phishing links, malicious websites, or deceptive payment links
• Request, collect, disclose, or misuse passwords, OTPs, verification codes, or other security credentials
• Upload, transmit, distribute, or facilitate malware or other harmful software
• Conduct advance-fee, deposit, payment, investment, employment, or similar scams
• Publish fake or misleading jobs, recruitment offers, or employment opportunities
• Manipulate, interfere with, circumvent, or misuse Platform systems, security measures, rankings, or features
• Use AdsRabbit to facilitate money laundering, proceeds of crime, or any other unlawful financial activity

AdsRabbit may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove advertisements or content, limit access to Platform features, or take other appropriate action where we reasonably suspect fraud, scams, misrepresentation, abuse, or other unlawful activity.

Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant information, investigate suspected violations, and cooperate with competent authorities or other parties where required or permitted by applicable law.

Transactions and agreements initiated through AdsRabbit are generally negotiated and completed directly between users. Each user is responsible for exercising reasonable care and conducting appropriate checks before proceeding with any transaction.

Before buying, selling, renting, hiring, making payment, or entering into an agreement, users should independently verify relevant information, including:

• The identity and contact details of the buyer, seller, advertiser, agent, or other party
• The condition, specifications, and authenticity of products
• Ownership and the advertiser's authority to sell, rent, or offer the relevant item or service
• Vehicle registration, ownership, inspection, and other relevant documentation
• Property ownership, title, authority, location, and relevant documentation
• Employer, recruiter, business, and employment opportunity credentials
• Product authenticity, warranties, serial numbers, or other relevant details
• The agreed price, fees, deposits, and other transaction terms
• The safety and legitimacy of the proposed payment method
• Any licences, registrations, contracts, receipts, or other legal documentation relevant to the transaction

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific AdsRabbit service, AdsRabbit does not process, hold, receive, transfer, or guarantee payments made directly between users and is not a party to transactions or agreements between users.

Users should avoid making advance payments or sharing sensitive financial information unless they have independently verified the other party and are satisfied that the transaction is legitimate and safe.

Users who advertise property on AdsRabbit are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right, ownership, permission, or appropriate authority to advertise, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise offer the property.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AdsRabbit does not independently verify or guarantee:

• Property ownership or title
• Legal status or title documentation
• Project, society, or development approval status
• Planning, construction, or development permissions
• Plot, land, or property dimensions and boundaries
• Possession status or availability
• Property location or address accuracy
• The advertiser's authority to rent, lease, or sell the property
• The authority, licence, or representation of an agent, broker, or agency
• Property value, rental income, investment returns, appreciation, or future performance

Before making any payment, deposit, booking, investment, or contractual commitment, users should independently verify the property, advertiser, ownership, title, approvals, and all relevant documentation with the property owner, developer, housing society, relevant land or development authority, government department, or an appropriately qualified legal or property professional.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence and obtaining professional advice where necessary before entering into any property-related transaction.

Users who advertise vehicles on AdsRabbit are responsible for providing accurate, genuine, and reasonably complete information about the vehicle and must have the legal right, ownership, permission, or appropriate authority to advertise it.

Before purchasing, making a deposit, or entering into any vehicle-related transaction, users should independently verify relevant information, including:

• Vehicle registration and registration documents
• Ownership and seller authority
• Chassis and engine numbers
• Applicable taxes, duties, fines, or outstanding liabilities
• Accident, repair, modification, and maintenance history
• Mechanical, electrical, structural, and overall vehicle condition
• Eligibility and requirements for transfer of ownership
• Mileage and other material information provided in the advertisement
• Relevant records with the appropriate government or registration authority

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AdsRabbit does not independently verify or guarantee the ownership, authenticity, legal status, documentation, mileage, history, roadworthiness, safety, or condition of a vehicle merely because it is advertised on the Platform.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before completing a transaction. Where appropriate, buyers should inspect the vehicle in person, consider obtaining an independent professional inspection, verify original documentation, and confirm relevant records with the appropriate government or vehicle registration authority.

Employers, recruiters, agencies, and other users who publish job advertisements on AdsRabbit are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, genuine, lawful, current, and not misleading. Advertisers must have the appropriate authority to advertise the relevant employment opportunity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AdsRabbit does not independently verify or guarantee:

• The identity or legitimacy of an employer, recruiter, or recruitment agency
• The availability or authenticity of a job opportunity
• Employment, interviews, selection, or job placement
• Salary, benefits, commissions, bonuses, or other compensation
• Job responsibilities, qualifications, or working conditions
• Employment contracts or duration of employment
• Work permits, visas, immigration, relocation, or overseas employment opportunities
• Any other representation, promise, or commitment made by an advertiser

Users should independently research and verify employers, recruiters, job opportunities, employment terms, and relevant documentation before providing personal information, accepting an offer, travelling, or making any commitment.

Users should be particularly cautious of advertisements that request advance payments, recruitment fees, deposits, banking credentials, OTPs, or other sensitive information as a condition of applying for or securing employment.

AdsRabbit may remove suspicious job advertisements and restrict or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe a job listing may be fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or our policies.

AdsRabbit may offer specialised accounts, subscriptions, agency profiles, verification features, badges, advertising packages, promotional tools, and other services for businesses, property agents and agencies, automotive dealers and showrooms, recruiters, retailers, service providers, and other professional users.

Professional users are responsible for ensuring that their business information, licences, registrations, contact details, advertisements, and other information provided to AdsRabbit are accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.

AdsRabbit may request documents or additional information to verify a business, professional account, or certain account details. We may approve, reject, suspend, revoke, or request renewed verification where reasonably necessary to protect users or maintain the integrity of the Platform.

Any verification status, badge, professional account designation, or similar indicator does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by AdsRabbit regarding a user's identity beyond the checks performed, professional qualifications, products or services, financial standing, future conduct, reliability, or the quality or outcome of any transaction.

Users remain responsible for independently evaluating professional advertisers and conducting appropriate checks before entering into any transaction, agreement, or business relationship.

AdsRabbit may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, promotional services, and advertising solutions designed to provide additional visibility, functionality, or benefits on the Platform. These may include:

• Featured advertisements
• Bumped or promoted advertisements
• Premium ad placements
• Business and agency packages
• Dealer or professional account packages
• Display and promotional advertising
• Subscription-based services
• Other promotional tools or premium features

Prices, duration, included features, applicable taxes or charges, and any additional terms will be displayed or otherwise communicated before you complete a purchase.

Paid services apply only for the period, placement, or benefits specified at the time of purchase. Purchasing a Featured Ad, premium placement, advertising package, or other promotional service does not guarantee a specific number of views, inquiries, leads, responses, sales, rentals, hires, or successful transactions.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the terms of a particular service, fees for paid services that have already been activated, delivered, used, or substantially provided may be non-refundable.

AdsRabbit may modify the pricing, features, availability, or terms of paid services from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not alter a completed purchase except where necessary under applicable law or expressly agreed with the user.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish on AdsRabbit, subject to any intellectual property or other rights held by third parties.

By uploading, submitting, or publishing content on the Platform, including advertisements, descriptions, photographs, videos, documents, and other materials, you grant AdsRabbit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, process, distribute, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, and promote the Platform and your advertisements.

You represent that you own the content you submit or have all necessary rights, permissions, licences, and authority to use and provide that content to AdsRabbit. You must not upload or publish content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

This licence generally continues for as long as your content remains available through AdsRabbit. Following deletion or removal, copies may remain for a reasonable period in backups, caches, security records, fraud-prevention systems, legal records, or other technical systems where retention is reasonably necessary or required by applicable law.

Content previously used in lawful promotional or marketing materials while your advertisement was active may also remain in existing materials, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

The AdsRabbit name, trademarks, logos, software, source code, Platform design, graphics, databases, interfaces, features, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to AdsRabbit and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted by AdsRabbit or applicable law, users must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create unauthorised derivative works from the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract Platform data at scale
• Copy, imitate, reproduce, or misuse AdsRabbit names, trademarks, logos, branding, or visual identity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Platform software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, automated tools, or other methods to conduct unauthorised data collection or extraction
• Circumvent or interfere with technical measures designed to protect the Platform or its content
• Use AdsRabbit intellectual property in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, certification, or affiliation with AdsRabbit
• Use Platform content, data, or proprietary materials for unauthorised commercial purposes

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of AdsRabbit's intellectual property to any user. Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by AdsRabbit and the applicable rights holders.

You are responsible for all content you upload, submit, publish, send, or otherwise make available through AdsRabbit, including advertisements, descriptions, photographs, videos, documents, messages, voice messages, reviews, and other materials.

You must not upload, publish, transmit, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property, or other third-party rights
• Violates another person's privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or data protection rights
• Contains viruses, malware, malicious code, phishing links, or other harmful material
• Is fraudulent, false, deceptive, or intentionally misleading
• Is threatening, harassing, defamatory, unlawfully abusive, or intended to intimidate others
• Exploits, harms, endangers, or facilitates the exploitation of minors
• Contains child sexual abuse material or other prohibited sexual or exploitative content
• Promotes, facilitates, solicits, or encourages illegal or prohibited activities
• Impersonates another person, business, organisation, or public authority
• Contains spam, unsolicited promotions, or content intended to manipulate or misuse the Platform
• Otherwise violates these Terms, AdsRabbit policies, or applicable category requirements

AdsRabbit may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to User Content where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, our policies, or presents a fraud, security, safety, or legal risk.

Where appropriate, AdsRabbit may preserve relevant content or account information for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement purposes, subject to applicable law.

AdsRabbit may use manual, automated, or other moderation measures to review advertisements, accounts, communications, and other user-generated content. However, AdsRabbit is not obligated to review or monitor all content before or after it appears on the Platform.

Subject to applicable law, AdsRabbit reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject advertisements
• Correct or change listing categorisation
• Limit the visibility, reach, or distribution of content
• Remove or disable access to content
• Request additional information, documentation, or verification
• Suspend, pause, or deactivate advertisements
• Restrict access to particular Platform features
• Temporarily suspend user accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances

We may take these actions where we reasonably believe that content, an advertisement, account, or activity violates these Terms, AdsRabbit policies, applicable law, third-party rights, category requirements, security measures, or presents a risk of fraud, abuse, harm, or misuse of the Platform.

Moderation decisions may take into account available information, user reports, automated signals, previous violations, and other relevant circumstances. AdsRabbit does not guarantee that all prohibited, inaccurate, fraudulent, or inappropriate content will be identified or removed immediately.

Where appropriate, users may contact AdsRabbit to request further information or review of a moderation decision, subject to applicable policies and legal requirements.

Users may report advertisements, accounts, messages, or other content that they reasonably believe is suspicious, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, abusive, inappropriate, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or AdsRabbit policies through the reporting tools available on the Platform or by contacting AdsRabbit.

When submitting a report, users should provide accurate and relevant information and, where available, supporting details or evidence that may assist AdsRabbit in reviewing the matter.

Submitting a report does not automatically establish that another user, advertisement, account, or piece of content has violated these Terms or applicable law.

AdsRabbit may review and investigate reports, request additional information where appropriate, preserve relevant records, and determine what Platform action, if any, is reasonably necessary. Such action may include removing content, restricting advertisements or features, suspending or terminating accounts, or taking other appropriate measures.

Where required or permitted by applicable law, AdsRabbit may also cooperate with competent authorities in connection with suspected fraud, unlawful activity, safety concerns, or other legal matters.

AdsRabbit may contain, integrate with, or provide access to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, maps, social networks, authentication services, advertising services, or other external products and services.

Third-party services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, security practices, fees, and other conditions. Users should review the applicable terms and policies before using or providing information to any third-party service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the inclusion, integration, or availability of a third-party service on AdsRabbit does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, partnership, or warranty regarding that service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AdsRabbit is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, products, services, practices, transactions, or actions of independent third parties merely because they are linked to, accessible from, or integrated with the Platform.

Your interactions and transactions with third-party services are between you and the relevant third party, subject to any rights or protections available under applicable law.

AdsRabbit aims to provide a reliable and accessible Platform, but we do not guarantee that the Platform, or any particular feature or service, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, delays, or technical issues.

AdsRabbit may temporarily limit, modify, interrupt, or suspend access to all or part of the Platform where reasonably necessary for reasons including:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Security, fraud prevention, or safety measures
• Technical updates, upgrades, or improvements
• Hardware, software, network, or system failures
• Compliance with legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements
• Issues affecting third-party service providers or infrastructure
• Events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where reasonably practicable, AdsRabbit will seek to minimise disruption and restore affected services as soon as reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AdsRabbit is not responsible for losses arising solely from temporary Platform unavailability, interruptions, delays, or technical failures that are beyond our reasonable control.

AdsRabbit provides a classifieds platform that enables users to advertise, discover, communicate, and connect with one another. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, AdsRabbit does not guarantee the availability, authenticity, completion, quality, or outcome of any transaction or interaction between users.

In particular, AdsRabbit does not guarantee that:

• An advertised item, product, or service will be sold or purchased
• A prospective buyer will complete a purchase or make payment
• A seller will complete a sale or deliver as agreed
• A property advertisement, ownership claim, document, or opportunity is genuine
• A vehicle is defect-free, roadworthy, accurately described, or legally transferable
• An employer or recruiter will interview, select, or hire an applicant
• A buyer, seller, advertiser, employer, agent, or other user will respond
• Information provided by another user is complete, accurate, or current
• Negotiations between users will result in an agreement
• Any transaction, rental, employment arrangement, service, or other interaction will be successful

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgement, conducting appropriate due diligence, verifying relevant information and documentation, inspecting items where appropriate, and assessing the other party before making payments or entering into any transaction or agreement.

The appearance of an advertisement, account, badge, or profile on AdsRabbit should not by itself be treated as a guarantee or endorsement of the advertiser, listing, or transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdsRabbit and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar loss or damage arising out of or relating to:

• Transactions, negotiations, disputes, or interactions between users
• User-generated advertisements, messages, documents, or other content
• False, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information provided by users
• The acts, omissions, conduct, or representations of buyers, sellers, advertisers, agents, employers, recruiters, dealers, or other users
• Loss of money, property, data, opportunities, profits, or business resulting from user-to-user dealings
• Unauthorised access to or misuse of an account where AdsRabbit has taken reasonable security measures
• Third-party websites, applications, payment providers, services, or integrations
• Temporary Platform interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond AdsRabbit's reasonable control

Users acknowledge that AdsRabbit primarily provides a classifieds platform for connecting users and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not a party to transactions or agreements made between them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdsRabbit and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs or expenses arising out of or relating to:

• Your unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised use of the Platform
• Advertisements, content, information, or materials you upload, publish, send, or otherwise provide through AdsRabbit
• Transactions, agreements, or disputes resulting from your dealings with other users
• Your breach or violation of these Terms or applicable AdsRabbit policies
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement or violation of another person's intellectual property, privacy, contractual, property, or other legal rights
• Fraud, misrepresentation, misconduct, or other unlawful activity attributable to your use of the Platform

This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not require you to indemnify AdsRabbit for claims or losses resulting from AdsRabbit's own conduct where such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred.

AdsRabbit may restrict access to certain features, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate an account where we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect users, maintain Platform integrity, comply with legal requirements, or enforce these Terms.

Reasons for restriction, suspension, or termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable AdsRabbit policies
• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or suspicious activity
• Illegal or prohibited activity
• Repeated or serious policy violations
• Security threats, account compromise, or misuse
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or harmful conduct toward other users
• Compliance with lawful requests, court orders, or requirements of competent authorities
• Copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other rights violations
• Attempts to manipulate, interfere with, circumvent, or misuse Platform systems, features, moderation, or security measures
• Creating or using accounts to evade a previous restriction, suspension, or termination

Where appropriate, AdsRabbit may remove advertisements or content, limit Platform functionality, request additional verification, or apply other proportionate measures instead of terminating an account.

Serious violations, fraud, unlawful activity, significant safety or security risks, or repeated breaches may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

Where appropriate and reasonably available, users may contact AdsRabbit regarding an account restriction or termination. AdsRabbit may maintain certain account and activity records after termination where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, or compliance with applicable law.

AdsRabbit may preserve, access, or disclose account information, user content, communications, transaction-related records, or other information where required or permitted by applicable law, valid legal process, or a lawful request from a competent government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement authority.

Where legally permitted and reasonably appropriate, AdsRabbit may also preserve relevant information in response to anticipated legal proceedings, investigations, fraud, security incidents, or requests requiring data preservation.

AdsRabbit may restrict access to content, remove advertisements, preserve records, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action where necessary to comply with binding court orders, legal obligations, or lawful directions issued by competent authorities.

We review legal requests in accordance with applicable law and may challenge, reject, or seek clarification of requests that we reasonably believe are invalid, overly broad, or otherwise legally deficient.

Nothing in this section requires AdsRabbit to disclose information where disclosure is prohibited by applicable law.

Your access to and use of AdsRabbit is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, process, store, share, and protect personal information and how cookies and similar technologies may be used across the Platform.

By using AdsRabbit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies. We encourage you to review them carefully to understand our data practices, your privacy choices, and the rights that may be available to you under applicable law.

AdsRabbit may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our services, policies, legal or regulatory requirements, security practices, or business operations.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law or where changes are material, we may also provide additional notice through the Platform, email, or other appropriate means.

Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the revised version.

Your continued access to or use of AdsRabbit after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your AdsRabbit account.

These Terms, and your access to and use of AdsRabbit, are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without prejudice to any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use of AdsRabbit will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, in accordance with applicable rules governing territorial, pecuniary, and subject-matter jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising any right, remedy, or legal protection available under applicable Pakistani law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted, limited, or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, where permitted by applicable law.

If such modification is not possible, the affected provision will be treated as severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, applicable listing and category policies, paid-service terms, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and AdsRabbit governing your access to and use of the Platform.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, understandings, or communications relating to your use of the Platform, except where separate written terms expressly apply to a particular AdsRabbit service, feature, subscription, promotion, or business arrangement.

If additional terms apply to a specific AdsRabbit service or feature, those additional terms will form part of your agreement with AdsRabbit and will apply together with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms will apply to that particular service or feature to the extent of the conflict.
